Super modern and spacious room. Quiet and good for sleeping. Great location near main attractions/bus stops. Daily towel replacement. Excellent water pressure in shower. Liked the modern design and cleanliness. Proximity to city center. Good air conditioners. Complimentary chilled water bottles on arrival. Friendly and pleasant check-in. Easy access from Palermo Centrale station.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the city centre and within walking distance to attractions like Teatro Massimo. The rooms are spacious, modern, and super clean, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The bathroom is also large and well-equipped. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. The hotel offers 24/7 reception service, which is a major plus. the location and the quality of the rooms make for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast could be improved, especially the quality of the hot food. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and the sausages and bacon felt cheap and reheated.

The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a cozy sitting area and a comfortable dining table. The flat-screen TV and mini-bar were added bonuses, making my stay even more enjoyable.
