The hotel is located in a great area, close to the city centre and within walking distance to attractions like Teatro Massimo. The rooms are spacious, modern, and super clean, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The bathroom is also large and well-equipped. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. The hotel offers 24/7 reception service, which is a major plus. the location and the quality of the rooms make for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast could be improved, especially the quality of the hot food. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and the sausages and bacon felt cheap and reheated.
